Fruits and vegetables decorate the farms along the river bank but the mangroves will mesmerize with its state of divinity. You could sample fresh fruit from sugar cane to coconut water during the ride, or even a creole bread from Carl’s special homemade recipe on the river bank.

Romancing The River 

Palm trees sway in the flourish of the North East trade winds, while the chorus of birds and butterflies are within earshot. Glide along one of St. Lucia’s main waterways and cheers to prosecco, specially selected wines or champagne. Lunch on board while together, you take in the share beauty of the Roseau River coasting for two miles to the Caribbean Sea. Then Segway to the sheer seclusion of a simply sublime mangrove cluster. Observe the tide’s flap on the coastline and fishermen from a nearby fishing village clear nets from the day’s catch. This bountiful mecca of St. Lucia’s plant species, is where local peasant farmers collaboratively create one of St. Lucia’s largest bread baskets.
